At 12.30pm, the three Delhi Traffic police personnel were on monitoring duty around Hanuman Mandir near Connaught place in central Delhi, reported NDTV.

It was around the same time that they noticed a car with a Uttar Pradesh nameplate. When the oddly moving car drew near, they realised that the driver seemed to fallen unconscious at the wheel.

Leaping into action, the three men managed to stop the vehicle. They immediately pulled Yogesh out and administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to him on the road, with vehicles moving all around them.

All it took was a few seconds for Yogesh to restart his breathing and consciousness. Once he was on his feet, the men called a police control room vehicle to take the man to the nearest hospital.
