1. Yoga Mat-ters – Bengaluru
The August 2015 edition , you will experience an integrated approach to positive health. It is based on the “Pancha- Kosha” theory. This approach not only deals with the physical sheath (anamaya-kosha), it also includes techniques to operate on the remaining 4 sheaths.

5. Feeding the stray animals – Mumbai
Dogs have a life too! For you, he might not be your entire life, but for a dog, you are his whole life. Be a part of this noble initiative wherein Animals Matter To Me (AMTM) will feed 600 stray dogs on Saturday, August 22. The more the number of hands, the more the number of dogs fed.
