1. Delivery of a child in an ambulance is not an ideal medical condition, nonetheless, 12,500 babies and their mothers have survived only due to such deliveries – thanks to ‘Arogya Kavacha – 108’ in Karnataka!

2. And now after the success story of emergency ambulance service – ‘108’, the Karnataka government will offer ‘104’ service under which patients who cannot even move away for treatment, will have to just dial the phone number 104 and they will receive medical help.

6. Two Bengaluru-based stage artistes, Abhishek Majumdar and Sandeep Shikhar, have been selected for an international event, Global Directors’ Lab in New York. Both are also among the select few to represent India at the first ever festival of contemporary Indian Theatre in Paris.
