Meet KEMPA, The Humanoid Robot Who Will Greet You At Bengaluru Airport!

If you are incapable or unnecessarily afraid of social interaction (like me), then KEMPA should bring you joy. KEMPA is the new humanoid robot that will not only greet you in airports but also provide necessary information.

Priyank Kharge, the Karnataka ministry of Minister for Innovation & Technology tweeted, announcing that the robot humanoid – developed by Bengaluru based startup Sirena Technologies, will be giving out information on Karnataka tourism in the Kempegowda International Airport.

Before people race to the comments section claiming that the robots have started stealing our jobs, let the company behind the humanoid have their say.

Sirena technologies have been using the humanoid robot to enrich kids in education and life skills! Conducting bootcamps in schools, they hope to inspire young minds to take up technology from a young age!
