Ready To Be Amazed? Real Footage From Cameras on ISRO’s PSLV C-40 Is Here!

ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) recently launched a milestone flight with its Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV- C40). The satellite mission was launched on January 12, 2018, at 09:29 hours. Read more details about the mission here.

The Press Trust of India said that the PSLV carried a total of 31 micro and nano-satellites. 28 among these satellites were launched as a part of a commercial arrangement between Antrix Corporation Limited and the countries of Canada, Finland, France, Republic of Korea, UK and USA. Antrix is a Government of India company under Department of Space (DOS).

The co-passenger satellites launched by PSLV-C40 also carried one microsatellite and one nano-satellite from India.

The PSLV also carried onboard cameras that have now sent us Earthlings some marvelous footage from space. It has sent video footage of the launch of the commercial satellites – from space!
