Jan Sikshan Sansthan (JSS) is an NGO based in Malappuram, Kerala.

Its education and skill development programmes are empowering rural Indians and gaining the organisation recognition. JSS has conducted focused training programmes for citizens to improve their employability and ensure their livelihood.

They have also made their platform inclusive by providing training to differently-abled individuals and have made use of innovative tools like braille material and ‘talking pens.’

They bagged the UNESCO Confucius prize for Literacy for their efforts.
