This restaurant is all set to wow international audiences with its Indo-Pak cuisine

From Lahori Miyan Ji Ki Dal to Amritsari fish, the rich cuisines of India and Pakistan come together with every offering of the ‘Sarhad’ restaurant. Located at the Wagah border, the restaurant is a nod to the love of food shared by both countries and promotes friendship and peace through the shared gastronomy.

Sarhad’s pre-independence décor includes furniture, ceramic jaali panels and graffiti from some of the most well-known names in both countries. The restaurant has now been invited to participate in the popular Paris food festival, ‘Le Fooding.’ The festival will be celebrating restaurants that offer dishes that celebrate the shared cuisine of countries in conflict with each other.
