The Kashmir Super 30 programme was launched in 2014, following the tremendous success of the programme in Bihar. The programme offers intensive academic training for a period of 11-months. The training is offered free-of-cost to ensure that poor, meritorious students benefit from the initiative.

In Kashmir, the training is headed by the Indian Army in partnership with the Centre for Social Responsibility and Leadership.

The Super 30 programme is a part of Operation Sadbhavan, a welfare initiative headed by the Indian Army. The project has been underway for more than two and a half decades now.
