It is not the easiest thing to think and act quickly when you see a person in distress who needs immediate help. The situation gets worse when you are not a trained doctor.
Constables K Chandan Singh and Inayathulla Khan from Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, were on duty near the Purana Pul Darwaza, when a man suddenly collapsed on the road due to a heart attack.
Without wasting any time, the alert duo rose to the occasion. While Singh performed CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) on him, Khan manned the traffic and ensured that people stayed away.
