The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) are inviting applications for the posts of junior research fellow (JRF).
There are a total of nine vacancies — five in DRDL’s electrical/electronics/communication engineering discipline, two in DRDL’s aeronautical/aerospace engineering discipline, and two more in DRDO.
Applicants must not be above 28 years of age as of 4 October, 2023. The upper age limit relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST is 5 years and OBC is 3 years.
Applicants for the posts must have a graduate (BE/BTech) or postgraduate (ME/MTech) degree in the respective disciplines from UGC-recognised universities.
The applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of two years, which may be extendable for another two/three years subject to Internal Screening Committee recommendations.
