We are currently looking for an Client Servicing Manager who will be responsible to deliver creative solutions for our branded content practice and manage the end point delivery of the same.
As a Client Servicing Manager at The Better India, you will
1. Be responsible for managing all Advertiser operations
2. Raise estimates, collect RO/PO, generate invoices
3. Mine data to see campaign effectiveness and ensure client reporting
4. Coordinate with the Brand Solutions & Delivery, Sales, Social, Marketing and Editorial teams to manage deliveries as per client requirements
5. Manage branded content microsites
6. Coordinate with clients and their relevant teams; Follow up with clients on payments
7. Effectively assist the Sales, Solutions, Delivery & Social Media Managers for their day to day client
8. Generate necessary business reports - sales, spends, delivery, etc.
9. Manage a central database for all relevant documents
Our ideal colleague will be
1. A professional with 1 - 2 years of work experience in the ad ops space
2. Proficient with MS Excel, Presentation, Google Analytics and other Social Analytics platforms
3. Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively; meticulous attention to detail
4. An expert in analysing, reporting, and facing clients
5. Extremely proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas
6. An exceptional communicator with superlative written and oral communications skills, creativity, and attention to detail
