Senior Executive – Operations

Job Description – Sr. Executive – Operations

This role will involve owning and running TBA’s operations with a focus on instructor & course sourcing, negotiation and acquisition, setting up operational processes & SOPs to run the operations smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with our instructors (content creators), design, analytics, and marketing to execute operational and growth initiatives.

Primary responsibilities: 

Business Operations

  • Identify and source courses and instructors to curate courses for our ed-tech platform
  • Implement efficient processes and standards for the business
  • Design and monitor metrics that align with overall strategy
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the business optimize costs and benefits

  • Have excellent communication and people management skills – You need to consistently generate a buy-in on your initiatives and ensure coordination across teams

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital space – Experience in ed-tech is preferred, especially in a operations role of growing a digital first brand from scratch
  • Digital Native, with a keen interest in content trends, updated on new content formats and has the ability to leverage storytelling to grow the business
  • Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies across the digital space and passion to keep up with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing 
  • Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating/ managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment 
  • A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a “better” place
