With over 60 million readers and participants, it is Asia’s largest solution-focused platform.

Our latest venture is The Better Home - a DTC subscription box of eco-friendly, natural Home Cleaners made by MSMEs across the country. This foray is to further our movement to drive conscious consumption by empowering MSMEs to scale on one end and empowering customers to make better choices that positively impact our environment and communities, on another. 


We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Executive – Brand Ops to join our team.

As an Executive – Brand Ops at The Better India, Mumbai, you will

  • Be responsible for managing all advertiser branded operations.

  • Raise estimates, collect RO / PO, generate invoices.

  • Mine data to see campaign effectiveness & ensure client reporting.

  • Coordinate with the Brand Solutions & Delivery, Sales, Social, Marketing, Video & Editorial teams to manage deliveries as per client requirements.

  • Manage branded content microsites.

  • Coordinate with clients & their relevant teams; Follow up with clients on payments.

  • Effectively assist the Sales, Solutions, Delivery & Social Media Managers for their day to day client requirements 

  • Generate necessary business reports - sales, spends, delivery, etc.

  • Manage the central database for all relevant documents 

  • Be able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively; meticulous attention to detail.

  • Have very strong analytical, reporting, interpersonal communication and client-facing skills.

  • Be a Team player with collaborative operating style, willingness to learn is a priority, ability to handle any situation patiently and effectively.

 

 

Our ideal colleague will be

  • Someone with proven experience working as a Client Servicing Executive.

  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ideally having 1/2 years of work experience in the ad ops space.

  • Carrying relevant experience in a Media or related organization preferred.

  • Proficient with Ms Excel, Presentation / Google Docs.

  • Possessing the knowledge of Google Analytics and other Social Analytics platforms desirable.

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Excellent at organizational and time management skills.

  • Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional with customer service skills
