Assistant Manager - Brand Solutions

With over 60 million readers and participants, it is Asia’s largest solutions-focused platform.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Manager – Brand Solutions to join our Business Development - Media team.

As an Assistant Manager – Brand Solutions at The Better India, Mumbai, you will

·          Understand partner requirements and identify the cross section between rich content, brand ethos, & social impact.

·          Research on brand values, the target audience and the core objectives.

·          Develop custom pitches and sponsorship propositions for marquee content properties.

·          Conceptualize new content formats that can be tailored effectively communicate a brand communication.

·          Identify situations where media can be used as an agent for social change and fostering the right partnerships to support such campaigns.

·          Be enthusiastic about presenting concepts and proposals to clients.

·          Work closely with internal teams to identify subjects & sectors which are increasingly popular to proactively develop campaign ideas & pitches.

 

 

Our ideal colleague will be

·          Someone with a background in advertising.

·          Having minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a creative/account planning/brand strategy role.

·          Having excellent communication, both verbal and written.

·          Having excellent presentation skills.

·          Someone with a proven record in creating big brand/communication ideas which have been executed.

·          Experienced in working on designing digital campaigns.

·          Comfortable with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a lean team environment and enthusiastic about wearing multiple hats.

·          Someone with proven experience in planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns that support customer acquisition objectives.
