Do you remember Sachin Tendulkar’s stunning 175 against Australia in 2009? Or his spell-binding 200 against South Africa in 2010? While we credited Sachin for his master strokes, part of a credit should go to his bat doctor.
Meet Ram Bhandari, who is working with Sachin on his bats. In 2004, Rahul Dravid introduced Ram to Sachin and after that both of them have worked on more than 20 bats.
Ram has also customised and repaired the bats of Rahul Dravid, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle.
