CBSE recently announced a series of quiz competitions to promote creativity and inculcate an innovative spirit among school children. These cruise competitions will be in the subjects of science, mathematics and technology.
All the students from class I to XII will be eligible to participate in the competitions.

The step was taken to support the Rashtriya Aavishkar Abhiyan. A school level competition kickstarted the series on July 9. Students selected from these competitions will further go on to take part in an online quiz competition to be organised by the board on July 23.
Higher education institutes will assist elementary schools in the study of science and maths. The project focuses on creating curiosity, excitement and a spirit of innovation and exploration amongst school children.
