1. Keep shampooing to the minimum
Chemical shampoos are notorious for consuming essential natural oils from your scalp. And your hair is going to need all the oil it can get this winter season. First things first, switch to shampoos or shampoo bars that don’t have parabens or sulfates that exhaust all-natural oils from your scalp. Shampoo your hair only once or twice a week.
