With guts of steel and a dedication to help, the man is sure to be commended for his bravery.
When Kerala is reeling from the after-effects of the worst floods in a century, brave and selfless acts from countless citizens, groups, officers and armed forces have been of great help. These acts outshine the disaster and assure the worried.
The video shared by Ullas Kunjikrishnan on Facebook shows one such brave feat by a man who dived head-first into the fast-flowing flood river in Kerala to mount a cable which could be used to transfer food and supplies.
GiveIndia and The Better India have come together to help Rebuild Kerala by supporting 41,000 affected families. You too can be a part of this movement and help us raise funds for the NGOs working to rehabilitate these families. If all of us come together with a small monthly contribution, we can make a real and meaningful difference in helping restore normalcy to those who need our help the most.
