Wonder How Your Sports Idols Stay Fit? Watch Videos & Get Motivated Now!

The last thing I think about before or after work is exercise. Doesn’t it happen to you too? You work for 8-9 hours a day; you have a bunch of things lined up for the next day even before today ends and then it hits you–it’s gym day! My usual reaction to this is, “Nah, maybe tomorrow.”

And yet I crave for a fit body, perfectly glowing skin and stamina that would let me breathe after running behind a bus. If you can relate to this, but lack the motivation to exercise, here is an inspirational series of videos, that started from a simple challenge on Twitter.

Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports (as also the Minister of Information and Broadcasting) took to Twitter to openly challenge sportspeople to share their favourite workout session with the online world. This Member of Parliament is an ex-army officer and an Olympic medallist!

Effortlessly, he gets to the ground and does fast push-ups while maintaining his tone in talking to the camera.

Soon enough, the chain of challenging fitness idols started on Twitter, and celebrities like Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Suresh Raina, Kidambi Srikanth, Mithali Raj and Randeep Hooda joined the fitness bandwagon.
