A tweet by the Hyderabad Police has been going viral for all the right reasons. It was issued when they came across a photograph of a man riding his motorcycle without a helmet. The motorcycle, belonging to a man named Krishna Reddy, also had a bumper sticker which said, “No helmet. I die like real men.”

The statistics are grim. In 2016, it was estimated that 1,50,785 people died due to road accidents.
Time and time again, various police departments have tried to inculcate the need for helmets.
In a witty, yet firm response to Reddy, the Hyderabad Police took to their Twitter handle to make it clear that this kind of behaviour would not be tolerated.
