5 Features of Delhi’s Doorstep Delivery of Public Services Scheme

The Aam Aadmi Party’s ambitious programme for the doorstep delivery of public services has been cleared by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.

This led to a Twitter exchange between Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the L-G, Anil Baijal, where the CM thanked the L-G for approving the plan.

Under the scheme, assistants will turn up at the doorstep of individuals who want to avail of certain government services and upload the requisite documents online, ending the need for them to visit government offices.
