Logistics of role



You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, Hyderabad, and be based in our Hyderabad headquarters. Timings are flexible but will generally be from Sunday to Thursday, 11am – 7pm, with Sunday being our most important day. You will be required to do a significant amount of fieldwork, going out into our communities with our Pollinators 2-3 times a week.


The role will have an immediate start.

The following is a list of the typical responsibilities you will have in this role

  • Pollinators
    -Support the Sales Manager with oversight of our Pollinator team, including assisting Pollinators to plan their trips and manage customer repayments
    -Support Recruitment Manager and Sales Manager in the recruitment, training and retention of Pollinators
    -Register Pollinators as franchisees and maintain these registrations
    -Setting up pollinators on Salesforce application and being actively involved in training, mentoring and managing pollinators in ensuring timely and accurate entry in data systems
    -Database management
    -Manage data on communities served, customers, and payment plans (through Salesforce management application)
    -Manage map of community locations and support Sales Manager in community allocations
    -Monitor repayments, infield installations and customer satisfaction, and report regularly to Sales Manager
    -Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
    -Stock management
    -Manage relationships with suppliers for ordering and maintaining stock
    -Provide training to Pollinators on servicing and warranty requirements
    -Manage all inventory checks, orders, supplier invoicing etc.
    -Finance and Compliance
    -Support the management of the financial accounts and compliance requirements
    -Track and monitor spending in your city and report to Sales Manager
  • Products
    -Procurement of products and distribution to offices
    -Assist in the launch of new products to our product line
  • Programs
    -Provide support during volunteer programs (Fellowship) including co-ordinating Pollinators and general logistics, project support etc.

Skills and experience

-Bachelor Degree or higher
-3-5 years experience working for a Business, NGO or start up, preferably in sales operations would be an added advantage.
-Experience being a franchisee and/or managing franchisees preferred.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision in a startup environment.
-Ability to run and manage projects autonomously
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Telugu
-Very strong organisational, planning skills and problem solving skills
-Willingness to work in the day and evening with disadvantaged communities
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Passion for social business, renewable energy and dedication to transform the lives of the poor.


-Salary of Rs 20,000 base  + Rs 3,000 incentive per month
-Health insurance and accident insurance are provided, following a 3 month trial period
