Thanks to the team of  ProPoor charityfocus organization for publishing the noble work of  Basanti Behen to save the forest near Kosi river, she is a role model for our society specially for Uttarakhand. In our state in these days we are crying for water, eletricity, gas and even petrol. Most of the forest areas are burning, wild animals are killed, trees are runed everywhere. The green belt has been turned to R.C.C.Roofs. Uttarakhand govenment is not interested in implement the rain water harvesting system befor permiting the construction of a house. To use  Chal Khal to collect the water is the only way to save the earth.  Wake up an follow the foot print of Basanti Didi to save the DevBhumi Uttarakhand and to save the nation from the third world war to get the water drops.
