Poetry in the Park is a monthly gathering at Cubbon Park. Here, poetry enthusiasts congregate to share original and published poems. Attend to read your poem, share poems that motivate you, or just sit under a tree and pay attention. All languages, themes, and types of poems are accepted. More details

2. Art for Concern (Powai) – Mumbai

Art for Concern is an affordable show of Indian art. Organised by Secure Giving in aid of Concern India Foundation, the latest edition of the show promises to be a rich aesthetic event for avid art collectors in the city. A fundraising initiative at its core, Art for Concern was initiated in 1998 and has carved a niche for itself by displaying the work of young artists, alongside that of well-established names. All paintings and sculptures are priced unders Rs. 99,000. Proceeds from the show go towards Concern India Foundation, a non-profit charitable trust that provides financial and non-financial aid to grassroots NGOs. 3. KHUSHI – Ek Ehsaas – New Delhi

KHUSHI-Ek Ehsaas is a musical play by the children of JPM School, run by The Blind Relief Association of Delhi. The play is directed by Ritu R. Chandra. The play is in Hindi and will have as many as 50 participants on stage. The main idea behind staging this play is to give a different experience to the children of the school. The proceeds of the play will go to the association. More details

4. Madivala Kere Habba – Bengaluru

To learn more about conservation and the rejuvenation of Madivala Lake, attend the Madivala Kere Habba. It is being organised by BB76in association with the Namma Bengaluru Foundation and Forest Department. There will be yoga by the lake, bird watching, cycling, story telling etc. More details
